What is a Qualified Personnel Training Program?

QPTP is a certification program designed to address the shortage of qualified personnel both nationally and internationally.

It aims to provide internationally recognized certification in fields such as Engineering, Information Technology, and Design, equip prospective students with technical and practical training, support them with internships and project work, and ultimately, provide employment opportunities for qualified personnel in domestic and international institutions.

Who Can Participate in QPTP?

Anyone can participate. Technical prerequisites for vocational courses are determined by class.

How Does the Process Work in QPTP?

All students who successfully complete the program are required to complete a capstone project. These projects can be based on real-life scenarios or directly address a client project. During or after the capstone project, participants are provided with a 30-180 day internship in a specific industry, depending on their competency.

For example, as the capstone project for the Front-end Developer course, participants are required to design a responsive website for a client. This project, which they will add to their portfolio, can be used for a remote internship of up to six months.

Curricula tailored to each class are implemented in online and face-to-face classrooms. Courses are delivered in person or in hybrid laboratory environments, following theoretical online training.

Course content is tailored to industry needs and is based on industry-specific case studies.

Example

The Network Specialization Course consists of 120 hours of theoretical and 60 hours of practical training. It is offered in three courses, and the scenarios used during the course are adapted from existing topologies and re-implemented. Because students taking this course are assumed to be capable of designing a campus network, they will experience a real factory/campus network during the course.

Students who successfully complete the training program will take an exam at PearsonVue-accredited testing centers to receive their international certification. Upon successful completion, they will receive their internationally recognized certificate.

Following certification, the employment process begins, primarily with partner institutions.
